योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-95, verse-14

हेतुर्विहरणे तेषामात्मविस्मरणादृते ।
न कश्चिल्लक्ष्यते साधो जन्मान्तरफलप्रदः ॥ १४ ॥
heturviharaṇe teṣāmātmavismaraṇādṛte ,
na kaścillakṣyate sādho janmāntaraphalapradaḥ 14

14. O sage, no cause for their wandering (saṃsāra), which bestows the fruits of rebirth, is observed apart from the forgetfulness of the true self (ātman).
