योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-84, verse-7

प्लाविन्यो वीचयो वारिण्यन्यानन्याः स्थिता यथा ।
वर्तमाना अपि परे सृष्टयः संस्थितास्तथा ॥ ७ ॥

vartamānā api pare sṛṣṭayaḥ saṃsthitāstathā 7

7. Just as surging waves exist in water, one after another, so too do the present creations (sṛṣṭi) exist firmly in the Supreme (brahman).
