वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-73, verse-30

बाहुभ्यां संप्रयुध्यस्व यदि मे द्वन्द्वमाहवे ।
वेगं सहस्व दुर्बुद्धे ततस्त्वं रक्षसां वरः ॥३०॥
30. bāhubhyāṃ saṃprayudhyasva yadi me dvandvamāhave ,
vegaṃ sahasva durbuddhe tatastvaṃ rakṣasāṃ varaḥ.
30. bāhubhyām samprayudhyasva yadi me dvandvam āhave |
vegam sahasva durbuddhe tataḥ tvam rakṣasām varaḥ
30. durbuddhe yadi me āhave dvandvam bāhubhyām
saṃprayudhyasva vegam sahasva tataḥ tvam rakṣasām varaḥ
30. O foolish one, if you desire a duel with me in battle, then fight vigorously with your arms. Endure my might; only then will you be the chief among the rākṣasas.
