उत्तरद्वारमासाद्य रामः सौमित्रिणा सह ।
आवृत्य बलवांस्तस्थौ सुग्रीवश्च हरीश्वरः ॥२०॥
20. uttaradvāramāsādya rāmaḥ saumitriṇā saha ,

20. Having reached the northern gate, Rāma, accompanied by Lakṣmaṇa (saumitri), took his position. The mighty Sugrīva, lord of the monkeys (hari), also stood there.
