करालो विकटो मुण्डः पुरुषः कृष्णपिङ्गलः ।

30. A formidable, frightful, bald, dark-yellowish person (puruṣa)—the cosmic force of time (kāla)—inspects the houses of all beings repeatedly. And these and other inauspicious omens also arise.
