वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-3, verse-26

भूयो विनयमास्थाय भव नित्यं जितेन्द्रियः ।
कामक्रोधसमुत्थानि त्यजेथा व्यसनानि च ॥२६॥
26. bhūyo vinayamāsthāya bhava nityaṃ jitendriyaḥ ,
kāmakrodhasamutthāni tyajethā vyasanāni ca.
