वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-27, verse-12

महावात समुद्धूतं यन्मामवकरिष्यति ।
रजो रमण तन्मन्ये परार्ध्यमिव चन्दनम् ॥१२॥
12. mahāvāta samuddhūtaṃ yanmāmavakariṣyati ,
rajo ramaṇa tanmanye parārdhyamiva candanam.
12. mahāvāta samuddhūtam yat mām avakariṣyati
rajaḥ ramaṇa tat manye parārdhyam iva candanam
12. ramaṇa mahāvāta samuddhūtam yat rajaḥ mām
avakariṣyati tat manye parārdhyam iva candanam
12. O beloved, I consider that dust, which a great wind will raise and scatter upon me, to be like supreme sandalwood.
