वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-64, verse-23

पावितो ऽहं त्वया ब्रह्मन्दर्शनेन महामुने ।
गुणा बहुविधाः प्राप्तास्तव संदर्शनान्मया ॥२३॥
23. pāvito'haṃ tvayā brahmandarśanena mahāmune ,
guṇā bahuvidhāḥ prāptāstava saṃdarśanānmayā.

guṇāḥ bahuvidhāḥ prāptāḥ tava saṃdarśanāt mayā
23. brahman mahāmune tvayā darśanena aham pāvitaḥ

23. O Brahmin, O great sage, I have been purified by your sight. Many diverse virtues have been acquired by me through seeing you.
