बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-74, verse-4

एककेन्द्रोद्भवं रम्यं लिखेद् वृत्तत्रयं द्विज ।
द्वादशारं च तत् कुर्याद् भवेदेवं सुदर्शनम् ॥४॥
4. ekakendrodbhavaṃ ramyaṃ likhed vṛttatrayaṃ dvija .
dvādaśāraṃ ca tat kuryād bhavedevaṃ sudarśanam.
4. ekakendrodbhavam ramyam likhet vṛttatrayam dvija
dvādaśāram ca tat kuryāt bhavet evam sudarśanam
4. O twice-born (dvija), one should draw three beautiful circles originating from a single center. And one should make that (diagram) with twelve spokes; in this way, it becomes the Sudarśana (cakra).
