यो भावः स्वामिसौम्याभ्यां युक्तो दृष्टोऽयमेधते ।
पापैर्दृष्टो युतो यो वा तस्य हानिः प्रजायते ॥१०॥

10. yo bhāvaḥ svāmisaumyābhyāṃ yukto dṛṣṭo'yamedhate .
pāpairdṛṣṭo yuto yo vā tasya hāniḥ prajāyate.

Whichever astrological house (bhāva) is associated with or aspected by its lord and benefics, that house thrives. Conversely, whichever house is aspected by or associated with malefics, its decline occurs.
