बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-74, verse-11

ज्ञेयं सग्रहभावस्य ग्रहयोगसमं फलम् ।
अग्रहस्य तु भावस्य ग्रहदृष्टिसमं फलम् ॥११॥
11. jñeyaṃ sagrahabhāvasya grahayogasamaṃ phalam .

11. The result for an astrological house (bhāva) that contains planets should be understood as equivalent to the combination of those planets. However, for a house that does not contain planets, the result should be understood as equivalent to the aspects (dṛṣṭi) of planets on it.
