बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-72, verse-5

कष्टराशीन् सुकार्येषु वर्जयेद् द्विजसत्तम ।
श्रेष्ठराशिगतः खेटः शुभोऽन्यत्राऽशुभप्रदः ॥५॥

5. O best among the twice-born (dvija), one should avoid troublesome zodiac signs for auspicious undertakings. A planet situated in an excellent zodiac sign is auspicious, whereas in other signs, it bestows inauspicious results.
