बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-72, verse-16

युक्ते द्वादशरेखाभिर्जले मृत्युभयं वदेत् ।
सशस्यभूमिः विप्राय दत्वा शुभफलं भवेत् ॥१६॥
16. yukte dvādaśarekhābhirjale mṛtyubhayaṃ vadet .
saśasyabhūmiḥ viprāya datvā śubhaphalaṃ bhavet.

16. If [a configuration is] associated with twelve lines, one should predict danger of death by water. By donating fertile land to a Brāhmaṇa (vipra), an auspicious outcome (phala) will arise.
