बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-72, verse-27

सूर्यहोमश्च विधिना कर्त्तव्यः शुभकांक्षिभिः ।
एकोनत्रिंशता चापि चिन्तव्याकुलितो भवेत् ॥२७॥

27. And a fire sacrifice (homa) to Sūrya (the Sun god) should be performed according to the prescribed rites by those desiring auspiciousness. Also, at the twenty-ninth (period or year), one would become greatly agitated by worries.
