बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-72, verse-19

तिथितिश्च नृपाद् भीतिर्दद्यात् तत्र गजं द्विज ।
रिष्टं षोडशभिर्दद्यात् मूर्तिं कल्पतरोस्तथा ॥१९॥
19. tithitiśca nṛpād bhītirdadyāt tatra gajaṃ dvija .
riṣṭaṃ ṣoḍaśabhirdadyāt mūrtiṃ kalpatarostathā.
19. tithitiḥ ca nṛpāt bhītiḥ dadyāt tatra gajam dvija
| riṣṭam ṣoḍaśabhiḥ dadyāt mūrtim kalpataroḥ tathā
19. When the lunar day (tithi) [number fifteen] is indicated, there is fear from the king. In that situation, O Brāhmaṇa (dvija), one should donate an elephant. And similarly, when a calamity (riṣṭa) is indicated by sixteen [factors], one should donate a statue of the wish-fulfilling tree (kalpataru).
