19.
When the lunar day (tithi) [number fifteen] is indicated, there is fear from the king. In that situation, O Brāhmaṇa (dvija), one should donate an elephant. And similarly, when a calamity (riṣṭa) is indicated by sixteen [factors], one should donate a statue of the wish-fulfilling tree (kalpataru).
