षष्ठाधिपः स्वगेहे वा देहे वाऽप्यष्टमे स्थितः ।
तदा व्रणा भवेद्देहे षष्ठराशिसमाश्रते ॥२॥

2. ṣaṣṭhādhipaḥ svagehe vā dehe vā'pyaṣṭame sthitaḥ .
tadā vraṇā bhaveddehe ṣaṣṭharāśisamāśrate.

If the lord of the sixth house is situated in his own house, or in the ascendant (deha), or even in the eighth house, then wounds will arise in the body in the part indicated by the sixth sign.
