मुनिशापक्षता किंनु केनचित् किं विमानिता ।
वाष्पवारिपरिक्लिन्नमियन्धत्ते यतो मुखम् ॥१७॥
17. muniśāpakṣatā kiṃnu kenacit kiṃ vimānitā .
vāṣpavāripariklinnamiyandhatte yato mukham.

vāṣpavaripariklinnam iyam dhatte yataḥ mukham
17. He continued to wonder: "Has she been hurt by a sage's curse (muniśāpa), or has someone insulted her? Because her face is wet with tears."
