जनलोकस्थितैः सिद्धैश्चिन्त्यमानो जगत्पतिः ॥९॥

And having uplifted the earth (bhuvam) by passing through the netherworlds (pātāla), he placed it upon the waters. The Lord of the world (jagatpati) was being contemplated by the perfected beings (siddhas) residing in Janaloka.
