अकरोत् स तनूरन्याः कल्पादिषु यथा पुरा ।
मत्स्यकूर्मादिकास्तद्वद्वाराहं वपुरास्थितः ॥७॥

As he had done before, at the beginning of cosmic cycles (kalpas), he created other bodies. Similarly, he assumed the form of a boar, just as he had taken forms like the fish and tortoise.
