मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-119, verse-22

ततस्ते भूभृतः सर्वे बहुशस्तेन मानिना ।
निराकृताः सुनिर्विण्णाः प्रोचुरन्योन्यमाकुलाः ॥२२॥
22. tataste bhūbhṛtaḥ sarve bahuśastena māninā .
nirākṛtāḥ sunirviṇṇāḥ procuranyonyamākulāḥ.
22. tataḥ te bhūbhṛtaḥ sarve bahuśaḥ tena māninā |
nirākṛtāḥ su-nirviṇṇāḥ procuḥ anyonyam ākulāḥ
22. Then, all those kings, repeatedly disrespected by that proud one, became extremely despondent and, agitated, spoke to each other.
