मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-105, verse-4

दण्डः प्रेतपतेः शक्तिर्देवसेनापतेस्तथा ।
अन्येषां चैव देवानामायुधानि स विश्वकृत् ॥४॥
4. daṇḍaḥ pretapateḥ śaktirdevasenāpatestathā .
anyeṣāṃ caiva devānāmāyudhāni sa viśvakṛt.

anyeṣām ca eva devānām āyudhāni sa viśvakṛt
4. The mace (daṇḍa) for the lord of the dead (Yama), the spear (śakti) for the commander of the divine army (Skanda/Kārtikeya), and also indeed the weapons (āyudhāni) of other gods—these were made by that universal creator (viśvakṛt).
