मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-105, verse-3

शातितं चास्य यत्तेजस्तेन चक्रं विनिर्मितम् ।
विष्णोः शूलं च शर्वस्य शिबिका धनदस्य च ॥३॥
3. śātitaṃ cāsya yattejastena cakraṃ vinirmitam .
viṣṇoḥ śūlaṃ ca śarvasya śibikā dhanadasya ca.
3. śātitam ca asya yat tejas tena cakram vinirmitam
viṣṇoḥ śūlam ca śarvasya śibikā dhanadasya ca
3. That radiance (tejas) of his (the Sun's) which was shorn off—from that, the discus (cakra) of Viṣṇu was created, and the trident (śūla) of Śarva (Śiva), and the palanquin (śibikā) of Dhanada (Kubera).
