महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-84, verse-26

तावकाश्च हतं दृष्ट्वा राक्षसेन्द्रं महाबलम् ।
अलम्बुसं भीमरूपं विशीर्णमिव पर्वतम् ।
हाहाकारमकुर्वन्त सैन्यानि भरतर्षभ ॥२६॥
26. tāvakāśca hataṁ dṛṣṭvā rākṣasendraṁ mahābalam ,
alambusaṁ bhīmarūpaṁ viśīrṇamiva parvatam ,
hāhākāramakurvanta sainyāni bharatarṣabha.
26. tāvakāḥ ca hatam dṛṣṭvā rākṣasa-indram
mahā-balam alambusam bhīma-rūpam
viśīrṇam iva parvatam hāhākāram
akurvanta sainyāni bharata-ṛṣabha

26. O best among the Bhāratas, your warriors, seeing the greatly powerful king of Rākṣasas, Alambuṣa, who was of terrifying form, slain like a shattered mountain, began to lament loudly (hāhākāra).
