महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-21, verse-11

पश्य राधेय पाञ्चालान्प्रणुन्नान्द्रोणसायकैः ।
सिंहेनेव मृगान्वन्यांस्त्रासितान्दृढधन्वना ॥११॥
11. paśya rādheya pāñcālānpraṇunnāndroṇasāyakaiḥ ,
siṁheneva mṛgānvanyāṁstrāsitāndṛḍhadhanvanā.

siṃhena iva mṛgān vanyān trāsitān dṛḍhadhanvanā

11. Behold, O son of Rādhā (Karṇa), the Pañcālas, repelled by Droṇa's arrows, just as wild deer are terrified by a lion, by that firm-bowed warrior (Droṇa).
