महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-90, verse-17

अनुपासितवृद्धत्वाच्छ्रिया मोहाच्च दर्पितः ।
वयोदर्पादमर्षाच्च न ते श्रेयो ग्रहीष्यति ॥१७॥
17. anupāsitavṛddhatvācchriyā mohācca darpitaḥ ,
vayodarpādamarṣācca na te śreyo grahīṣyati.

vayodarpāt amarṣāt ca na te śreyaḥ grahiṣyati
17. Because he has not served his elders and is arrogant due to wealth and delusion, he will not accept what is beneficial for you, especially given his youthful pride and intolerance.
