Vaiśampāyana said: When Kṛṣṇa returned to the Pāṇḍavas, his entreaty (anunaya) to the Kurus having been unsuccessful, Vidura (kṣattā) approached Pṛthā (Kuntī) and spoke slowly, as if grieving.
