महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-72, verse-19

सा वै यथा समादिष्टा तत्रास्ते त्वत्प्रतीक्षिणी ।
दह्यमाना दिवारात्रं वस्त्रार्धेनाभिसंवृता ॥१९॥
19. sā vai yathā samādiṣṭā tatrāste tvatpratīkṣiṇī ,
dahyamānā divārātraṁ vastrārdhenābhisaṁvṛtā.

dahyamānā divā-rātraṁ vastra-ardhena abhisamvṛtā
19. Indeed, she remains there just as she was instructed, waiting for you, burning (with separation) day and night, covered only by half of the garment.
