महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-265, verse-22

प्रजापतिसमो विप्रो ब्रह्मयोनिः पिता तव ।
न च पालयसे धर्मं लोकपालसमः कथम् ॥२२॥

na ca pālayase dharmaṁ lokapālasamaḥ katham.
