लोमश उवाच ।
अथोत्कृत्य स्वमांसं तु राजा परमधर्मवित् ।
तुलयामास कौन्तेय कपोतेन सहाभिभो ॥२५॥

25. lomaśa uvāca ,
athotkṛtya svamāṁsaṁ tu rājā paramadharmavit ,
tulayāmāsa kaunteya kapotena sahābhibho.

25. lomaśaḥ uvāca | atha utkṛtya sva-māṃsam tu rājā
parama-dharma-vit | tulayāmāsa kaunteya kapotena saha abhibho

25. Lomasha said: "Then, O son of Kunti (Arjuna), O lord, the king, who understood the supreme natural law (dharma), cut off his own flesh and placed it on the scale to be weighed with the pigeon."
