महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-18, verse-5

अवमानाच्च लोकस्य व्यायतत्वाच्च धर्षितः ।
भीमसेनेन युद्धाय ध्रुवमभ्युपयास्यति ॥५॥
5. avamānācca lokasya vyāyatatvācca dharṣitaḥ ,
bhīmasenena yuddhāya dhruvamabhyupayāsyati.
5. avamānāt ca lokasya vyāyatatvāt ca dharṣitaḥ
bhīmasenena yuddhāya dhruvam abhyupayāsyati
5. And because of the disrespect from the people and his own extensive power, having been challenged by Bhimasena, he (Jarāsandha) will certainly engage in battle.
