महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-102, verse-9

दैवतान्यर्चयंश्चापि विधिवत्स सुरेश्वरः ।
सर्वाण्येव यथान्यायं यथापूर्वमरिंदम ॥९॥
9. daivatānyarcayaṁścāpi vidhivatsa sureśvaraḥ ,
sarvāṇyeva yathānyāyaṁ yathāpūrvamariṁdama.
9. daivatāni arcayan ca api vidhivat saḥ sureśvaraḥ
sarvāṇi eva yathānyāyam yathāpūrvam arindama
9. saḥ sureśvaraḥ arindama ca api daivatāni arcayan
vidhivat sarvāṇi eva yathāpūrvam yathānyāyam
9. And that lord of the gods, O subduer of enemies, worshipped all the deities according to procedure, precisely as was proper and as had been done before.
