महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-87, verse-7

विद्वांसः शिल्पिनो यत्र निचयाश्च सुसंचिताः ।
धार्मिकश्च जनो यत्र दाक्ष्यमुत्तममास्थितः ॥७॥
7. vidvāṁsaḥ śilpino yatra nicayāśca susaṁcitāḥ ,
dhārmikaśca jano yatra dākṣyamuttamamāsthitaḥ.
