तस्मिन्कुर्वीत विश्वासं राजा कस्यांचिदापदि ।
तापसेषु हि विश्वासमपि कुर्वन्ति दस्यवः ॥२८॥

28. The king should place his trust in such a person (the ascetic) during any calamity. Indeed, even robbers place their trust in ascetics.
