महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-35, verse-27

पारिवित्त्यं च पतिते नास्ति प्रव्रजिते तथा ।
भिक्षिते पारदार्यं च न तद्धर्मस्य दूषकम् ॥२७॥
27. pārivittyaṁ ca patite nāsti pravrajite tathā ,
bhikṣite pāradāryaṁ ca na taddharmasya dūṣakam.

27. The defect of `pārivittya` (a younger brother marrying before an elder) does not apply to one who is fallen or one who has renounced. Likewise, for a mendicant, adultery is not a defilement of `dharma` (natural law/duty).
