महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-35, verse-24

अन्यत्र ब्राह्मणस्वेभ्य आददानो न दुष्यति ।
स्वयमप्राशिता यश्च न स पापेन लिप्यते ॥२४॥

24. anyatra brāhmaṇasvebhya ādadāno na duṣyati ,

24. A person who takes (property), excluding the possessions of Brahmins, is not defiled. And if that (taken item) has not been consumed by oneself, he is not tainted by sin.
