महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-319, verse-5

स ददर्श तदात्मानं सर्वसङ्गविनिःसृतम् ।
प्रजहास ततो हासं शुकः संप्रेक्ष्य भास्करम् ॥५॥
5. sa dadarśa tadātmānaṁ sarvasaṅgaviniḥsṛtam ,
prajahāsa tato hāsaṁ śukaḥ saṁprekṣya bhāskaram.

prajahāsa tataḥ hāsam śukaḥ samprekṣya bhāskaram
5. tadā saḥ sarvasaṅgavinissṛtam ātmānam dadarśa

5. He then saw himself (his ātman) as being completely free from all attachments. Thereupon, Śuka laughed upon seeing the sun.
