महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-237, verse-6

अश्वस्तनविधानः स्यान्मुनिर्भावसमन्वितः ।
लघ्वाशी नियताहारः सकृदन्ननिषेविता ॥६॥
6. aśvastanavidhānaḥ syānmunirbhāvasamanvitaḥ ,
laghvāśī niyatāhāraḥ sakṛdannaniṣevitā.
