One who is irreproachable and blames no others—such a wise person (vipra) should indeed perceive the supreme self (paramātman). (He is one) whose delusion (moha) has been removed, whose impurities (kalmaṣa) have been dispelled, and who desires (ṛcchati) no worldly gain (artha) either in this world (iha) or in the next (amutra).
