महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-232, verse-23

कुर्यात्परिचयं योगे त्रैकाल्यं नियतो मुनिः ।
गिरिशृङ्गे तथा चैत्ये वृक्षाग्रेषु च योजजेत् ॥२३॥
23. kuryātparicayaṁ yoge traikālyaṁ niyato muniḥ ,
giriśṛṅge tathā caitye vṛkṣāgreṣu ca yojajet.

23. A disciplined sage should cultivate familiarity with yoga (yoga) and the knowledge of the three times. And they should practice (this) on a mountain peak, in a sacred spot, and on treetops.
