महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-11, chapter-11, verse-16

प्रागेव तु महाबुद्धिर्बुद्ध्वा तस्येङ्गितं हरिः ।
संविधानं महाप्राज्ञस्तत्र चक्रे जनार्दनः ॥१६॥
16. prāgeva tu mahābuddhirbuddhvā tasyeṅgitaṁ hariḥ ,
saṁvidhānaṁ mahāprājñastatra cakre janārdanaḥ.
