महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-4, verse-33

अहं तु कदनं कृत्वा शत्रूणामद्य सौप्तिके ।
ततो विश्रमिता चैव स्वप्ता च विगतज्वरः ॥३३॥
33. ahaṁ tu kadanaṁ kṛtvā śatrūṇāmadya sauptike ,
tato viśramitā caiva svaptā ca vigatajvaraḥ.
33. aham tu kadanam kṛtvā śatrūṇām adya sauptike
tataḥ viśramitā ca eva svaptā ca vigatajvaraḥ
33. aham tu adya sauptike śatrūṇām kadanam kṛtvā
tataḥ ca eva viśramitā ca vigatajvaraḥ svaptā
33. Indeed, having accomplished the slaughter of the enemies tonight in the night attack, I shall then be rested and shall sleep, free from anxiety.
