महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-10, verse-30

स तांस्तु दृष्ट्वा भृशमार्तरूपो युधिष्ठिरो धर्मभृतां वरिष्ठः ।
उच्चैः प्रचुक्रोश च कौरवाग्र्यः पपात चोर्व्यां सगणो विसंज्ञः ॥३०॥
30. sa tāṁstu dṛṣṭvā bhṛśamārtarūpo; yudhiṣṭhiro dharmabhṛtāṁ variṣṭhaḥ ,
uccaiḥ pracukrośa ca kauravāgryaḥ; papāta corvyāṁ sagaṇo visaṁjñaḥ.
30. saḥ tān tu dṛṣṭvā bhṛśam ārtarūpaḥ
yudhiṣṭhiraḥ dharmabhṛtām variṣṭhaḥ
uccaiḥ pracakrośa ca kauravāgryaḥ
papāta ca urvyām sagaṇaḥ visaṃjñaḥ
30. saḥ (yudhiṣṭhiraḥ) tān dṛṣṭvā tu,
dharmabhṛtām variṣṭhaḥ kauravāgryaḥ yudhiṣṭhiraḥ bhṛśam ārtarūpaḥ (bhūtvā) uccaiḥ pracakrośa ca sagaṇaḥ ca urvyām visaṃjñaḥ papāta
30. Indeed, having seen them, Yudhiṣṭhira, the foremost among the upholders of natural law (dharma) and the chief of the Kauravas, appeared exceedingly distressed. He cried out loudly and, along with his retinue, fell unconscious to the ground.
