महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-115, verse-7

पाण्डुरुवाच ।
ममाप्येष सदा माद्रि हृद्यर्थः परिवर्तते ।
न तु त्वां प्रसहे वक्तुमिष्टानिष्टविवक्षया ॥७॥
7. pāṇḍuruvāca ,
mamāpyeṣa sadā mādri hṛdyarthaḥ parivartate ,
na tu tvāṁ prasahe vaktumiṣṭāniṣṭavivakṣayā.
7. pāṇḍuḥ uvāca mama api eṣaḥ sadā mādri hṛdi arthaḥ
parivartate na tu tvām prasahe vaktum iṣṭāniṣṭavivakṣayā
7. Pāṇḍu said: 'O Mādrī, this very matter (artha) also constantly occupies my heart. But I cannot bring myself to speak to you, considering what is desirable and undesirable.'
