दुर्गा-सप्तशती       durgā-saptaśatī - chapter-13, verse-19

नमस्येऽहं पितॄन्ये वै तर्प्यन्तेऽरण्यवासिभिः ।
वन्यैः श्राद्धैर्यताहारैस्तपोनिर्धूतकिल्बिषैः ॥१९॥
19. namasye'haṃ pitṝnye vai tarpyante'raṇyavāsibhiḥ .
vanyaiḥ śrāddhairyatāhāraistaponirdhūtakilbiṣaiḥ.
19. namasye aham pitṝn ye vai tarpyante araṇyavāsibhiḥ
vanyaiḥ śrāddhaiḥ yatāhāraiḥ taponirdhūtakilbiṣaiḥ
19. I bow to the ancestors (pitṛ) who are indeed satisfied by forest-dwellers through offerings (śrāddha) made with forest produce, by those who practice food restraint, and whose impurities have been cleansed by asceticism (tapas).
