Just as there is an identification or firm conviction (āgraha) in a great mountain (agendra) with (its constituent parts like) rocks, trees, and water, etc., similarly, for the all-pervading Self (sarvātman), there is such an identification (āgraha) with the state of being a prominent mountain (or other inert forms).
