योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-138, verse-20

क्लमान्नपानबहुलैर्निबिडास्वपि नाडिषु ।
सुषिरास्वेव वा वायुर्न निर्यात्येव याति च ॥ २० ॥
