योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-138, verse-17

मुद्रिता हृदयाकारास्त आसंश्चक्षुरादयः ।
लोष्टरूपा मृतावेव लिपिकर्मार्पिता इव ॥ १७ ॥
