योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-138, verse-13

तच्चित्तवृत्त्यैव ततो बाह्यमालोकयंस्ततः ।
अभुञ्जि तद्दिनाचारं तत्तद्धृदयमत्यजन् ॥ १३ ॥
