अथ सर्वेश्वरीं देवीं शरण्यां ते नभश्चराः ।
भक्तिनम्रशिरःकायाः कालरात्रिं प्रतुष्टुवुः ॥ २९ ॥

bhaktinamraśiraḥkāyāḥ kālarātriṃ pratuṣṭuvuḥ 29

29. Then, those sky-dwellers (nabhaścarāḥ), with their heads and bodies humbly bowed in devotion (bhakti), praised the goddess Kalaratri, who is the ruler of all and provides refuge.
