उर्वी ररास धरणे सविरावरंहःसंरम्भतर्जितसमस्तदिगन्तरासा ।
व्योमापि घुंघुममलङ्घ्यमलं चकार नागारिवृन्दभयविद्रवणप्रचण्डम् ॥ १६ ॥

16. The earth roared, bearing (this terror), terrifying all intermediate directions with the fury of its manifold roaring speed. The sky also produced an insurmountable, rumbling sound, terribly fierce, causing the fearful scattering of even the hosts of Garudas.
